We collect only the information you choose to provide, including:
- Contact details such as name, Nation or organization, email, and phone number submitted through our inquiry, partnership, or community forms.
- The content of messages or requests you send us.
- Basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically to keep the site secure and improve performance.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries from Nations, government, funders, and partners.
- To coordinate depot planning, delivery logistics, and ongoing program operations with participating communities.
- To send periodic updates about the Sovereign Pure network when you have asked to receive them.

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with:
- Our joint venture partner Arctic Freshwater and vetted service providers (for example, logistics, hosting, and email delivery) who are bound to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Government or funding bodies where required to deliver a program you or your Nation have engaged us on.
- Authorities where disclosure is required by law.
4. Data Sovereignty
Sovereign Pure recognizes Indigenous data sovereignty. Community-level operational data (depot activity, delivery records, water quality reporting for a Nation) belongs to that Nation. We provide the tooling; the Nation controls the record.
5. Storage and Security
Information is stored on secure infrastructure located in Canada wherever practicable. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it from loss, unauthorized access, and misuse.
6. Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can unsubscribe from update emails using the link in any message we send.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site functioning and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies.
